Controlled Process
Raw Material Inspection
All fabrics and accessories are checked before production. We inspect fabric appearance, color consistency, weight, stretch, and other key details to make sure materials meet order requirements.
Pre-Production Confirmation
Before bulk production, we confirm approved samples, size specifications, logo details, labels, and workmanship standards to reduce mistakes in later stages.
In-Line Production Inspection
During production, our QC team checks stitching, measurements, fabric appearance, logo application, and overall workmanship to identify and correct issues as early as possible.
Final Inspection
Finished products are inspected for appearance, measurements, labeling, packaging, and quantity. This helps us improve consistency and reduce the risk of defects. And we will send shipment samples before shipment.
Packing and Shipment Check
We verify folding, polybag packing, carton marks, barcode labels, and shipping quantities to ensure every order is packed correctly before loading.
Inspection Support
We welcome customer inspection and third-party inspection before shipment. Inspection standards can also be adjusted based on customer requirements.
